The Glow Worm

Message from the CEO

Welcome to October,

I hope this finds you all well and in good spirits. Welcome to another Everglow newsletter. What another big month for ECCLI.
We have now been officially approved to provide services under the NDIS. We have already been approached by new clients under the scheme to provide services.

I have been working with our Corporate Services team to refine our invoicing and service delivery to provide greater continuity to you from a financial and service delivery perspective. I am very aware this brings change to how we have been traditionally doing things, and I would like to take this opportunity to thanks those who have provided us with such positive feedback to these changes.

We are always very cognisant that we are here to provide excellent quality of care and service to you.

The numbers to social functions continues to increase with our gentle exercise now moving to two sessions. Remember, if you would like to do something different we are always happy to have suggestions.

I welcome any feedback from you in relation to your services or any opportunities for improvement.

I hope you all have a happy and exciting October.

Until next month, stay safe.
